Paphos Property Market Sees Strong Growth in Resale Home Sales

According to Landbank Analytics, residential resales across Cyprus increased by 50% during the third quarter of 2026 compared with the previous quarter. Paphos recorded particularly strong activity, with resale transactions rising from 204 to 400.

House sales showed an even greater increase, rising from 59 to 213 during the same period.
